What does “credits” mean next to Starter features?+
Some Pro features — AI content generator, Spin the wheel & music, Student groups, and Export & analytics — are available on the Starter plan on a pay-per-use basis. Each use costs one session credit. This lets you try advanced features without committing to a subscription. Buy a credit pack from the Pay-as-you-go section above and the features unlock instantly.
Do students need to create an account?+
No — students join instantly with a QR code or join code. No sign-up, no download, no friction. They just open a browser and they're in.
What happens when my trial ends?+
Your spaces and data are preserved. You'll drop back to the Starter plan limits. You can upgrade again at any time.
Can I switch between plans?+
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata if cancelled early.
How does extra storage work?+
Every plan includes a base amount of storage (500 MB on Starter, 5 GB on Pro, 50 GB on School). When you need more — for images, student uploads, videos, reports and 3D assets — you can add a storage pack. Packs renew monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time. Your existing data is never deleted when a pack expires; you'll just be asked to free up space or renew.
Is data stored securely in Oman?+
School plans include Oman data residency as standard. Pro data is stored on EU-based servers with full GDPR compliance. We never sell student data.
What's a session credit?+
One credit unlocks one live session — any number of students, up to 90 minutes — with full Pro features. Credits never expire.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs or public schools?+
Yes — we offer special rates for public schools and NGOs in Oman. Contact us and we'll work something out.
