Yes — completely. Going live costs nothing on Free, Pro or School. Credits are only spent on AI generation and one-off premium unlocks (Spin Wheel, Export, Student Groups, PPT import on Free). Teaching is always free.
What's the difference between a credit and a subscription?+
A subscription gives you a plan tier — student limits, storage, monthly AI credits, and unlocks. A credit pack is a one-time purchase for extra AI generation capacity. Pro subscribers get 100 AI credits included per month (rolling over to a 200-credit cap) and get 15% off any additional packs they buy.
What do the 🪙 credit icons mean on the Free plan?+
Features marked with 🪙 are available on the Free plan but are unlocked per-use with a credit. AI generate (1–5 credits), Spin Wheel (1 credit), Student Groups (1 credit), Export/CSV (1 credit), and PPT import (1 credit). This lets you access Pro features without a subscription — you only pay when you use them.
Do students need to create an account?+
No — students join with a QR code or 6-digit code. No app, no sign-up, no friction. They're in within 10 seconds from any browser.
What is the Free plan student cap?+
The Free plan supports up to 20 students per session — enough for small groups, trials, and workshops. If you regularly teach 25+ students, Pro's 200-student cap is the right fit at $4.99/mo.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata if cancelled early. Your spaces and data are always preserved — you simply drop to the limits of your new plan.
What is the LMS integration add-on?+
LMS integration connects RoznaHub to Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, and Canvas — syncing rosters, pushing assignments, and exporting grades directly. It's $1/teacher/mo on Pro, included free on School plans.
How does extra storage work?+
Every plan includes storage (2 GB Free, 20 GB Pro, 150 GB School). Add-on packs top up beyond that and renew monthly or annually (annual saves 30%). Your data is never deleted if a pack expires — you'll be asked to renew or free up space first.
Is data stored securely? What about Oman?+
School plans include Oman data residency as standard — ideal for Omani Ministry of Education compliance. Pro data is stored on GDPR-compliant EU servers. We never sell student data.
Do you offer discounts for public schools or NGOs?+
Yes — we have special rates for public schools, NGOs and Ministry-level deployments in Oman and the GCC. Contact us and we'll tailor a proposal. We also offer regional PPP-adjusted pricing for lower-income markets.
